Hi there! I’m Preston and I’m a dedicated husband and a foodie enthusiast.
Although I was born and raised in different cities all across Southern Ontario, Canada, I have always lived the Canadian life with strong Korean roots.
Prior to being married to the most amazing woman for over 10 years, my wife and I didn’t know how to cook well. We would endlessly search for recipes just to get us by day by day. If that didn’t work out, the better option was always to eat out. But honestly, how many times can you eat pizza in a week?
In the past couple of years, work life has become stressful. I found that I’m having a harder time shutting off the work clock in my head. So I turned to cooking and dining out as a way to relieve stress. Every time we cook from home I found prepping to be very therapeutic. Eating at our favourite restaurants would sometimes make us feel so much better than before we stepped out the front door. Nothing feels better than having that “Life is Good” moment after a hearty meal. I have always said to my wife, food can change people’s mood. Good food can lift up your spirits when you’re down, and a crappy meal can make you feel worse.
I started this food blog because of how I feel about food and life in general. What you will find here are some of my reviews and discoveries of all sorts of food in and around the Greater Toronto Area as well as in my travels. Sometimes I’ll snap a photo of something that makes me smile. If something catches my eye, then I would definitely share it with all of you.
Please bear with me as I start my blog and find my way around. I have found how incredibly rewarding it is to write my thoughts and share some photos with all of you. I hope you all enjoy my discoveries, shared recipes, and reviews.
Thanks for stopping by. I would love to hear from you too, so drop me a line when you can.
